This Vegetable Stock Recipe is healthy yet tastes awful. It is easy to make and filled with lots of nutrients , vitamins of various vegetables.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Potato
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 Turnip
  • 1/2 Cabbage
  • 1 Onion
  • 100 Grams French Beans
  • 6 Cup Water

Notes

  1. Firstly peel and wash the potatoes thoroughly. Then cut it into small chunks.
  2. Now peel the carrot, turnip and cut it into even smaller chunks. Then finely chop the cabbage, french beans and slice the onion.
  3. Now take a big pot and keep it on medium heat, add 4 cups of water. Bring it one boil. Then add all the chopped vegetables.
  4. Cook it on a low flame for 20 minutes till all the vegetables become soft.
  5. After cooking the vegetable, cool and strain it and ready to use as vegetable stock.
  6. You can use it in any soup or vegetable. It is very healthy and tasty.
  7. It can also be stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
