Salad Surprise

This Veg Pasta salad recipe is very easy to make yet healthy and tasty. It is best to satisfy your hunger pangs without increasing your calories.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Boiled Pasta
  • 1 Cup Boiled Beans (Rajmah)
  • 1 Cup Boiled Corns
  • 1 Cup Pineapple
  • 4 Grated carrots
  • 4 Chopped Tomatoes
  • 4 Diced Cucumbers
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • Few Lettuce/Cabbage Leaves

Notes

  1. Take a pan and fill it with 4 cups of water. Put it on high flame for boiling
  2. Then add 1tbsp cooking oil, 1 spoon salt, pasta and corns into it. Let it boil till pasta get softens.
  3. Till then you can chop all the veggies (Cucumber, pineapple, tomatoes), also grate the carrots.
  4. Drain out the water from the pasta and corns and keep them aside for cooling.
  5. Take a bowl mix all the Veggies, Canned or Boiled Rajmah, Corns and Pasta. Add Mayonnaise into it. Sprinkle some salt and black pepper according to your taste. Gently mix them with the help of the spatula.
  6. Now let's take a plate for serving. Firstly put some lettuce leaves on a plate and then put all the salad over it.
  7. Garnish it with few chunks of pineapple and serve it.
