How To Make Mashed Potatoes Without Milk

Mashed potatoes are a simple and classic side dish that everyone enjoys. However, some people avoid them because they're lactose intolerant or don't want to add extra fat and carbs to their diet. The good news is that you can make mashed potatoes without milk by simply substituting butter for the milk. You can even mix in some herbs and spices to enhance the flavor.
