Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Cup Powder Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon BakingSoda
  • 3/4 Cup Milkmaid
  • 1/4 Cup Butter
  • 3/4 Cup Water
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence

Notes

  1. Beat butter in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy
  2. Then add milkmaid and mix until combined
  3. Now sieve in all dry ingredients. Put into the wet batter
  4. Slowly keep adding water and make a batter with the help of a spoon or Spatula.
  5. Grease the baking tin with cooking oil and line the bottom with parchment paper.
  6. Pour the batter into the tin and bake @ 180°for 30-35 minutes Or until the skewers/cake tester comes out clean.
