This delicious gluten-free gingerbread cookie recipe inspired from Little Debbie gingerbread cookies is simple enough that even baking novices can make them successfully!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Cups Gluten Free Flour
  • 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 Cup Molasses
  • 1 Cup Margarine or Butter
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Cloves

Notes

  1. Start by preheating your oven to 350°F/175°C.
  2. To make the cookies, first mix together the sugar, molasses, margarine or butter, and baking soda in the large bowl.
  3. Then add the ginger and cloves, and mix well.
  4. Add the gluten-free flour to the mixture, 1 cup at a time, stirring until well blended.
  5. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes to chill.
  6. Once its set, roll it out on a clean, floured surface to about 1/4 inch thickness. Use the cookie cutter to cut out shapes, and place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-12 minutes.
