- 3 Cups Gluten Free Flour
- 1 Cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 Cup Molasses
- 1 Cup Margarine or Butter
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cloves
- Start by preheating your oven to 350°F/175°C.
- To make the cookies, first mix together the sugar, molasses, margarine or butter, and baking soda in the large bowl.
- Then add the ginger and cloves, and mix well.
- Add the gluten-free flour to the mixture, 1 cup at a time, stirring until well blended.
- Cover the dough with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes to chill.
- Once its set, roll it out on a clean, floured surface to about 1/4 inch thickness. Use the cookie cutter to cut out shapes, and place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-12 minutes.
